WHOH!!!!! The construction company in our neighborhood made some major changes to the drainage channel outback. Nothing we were too concerend about until the waters rose 21 feet up the banks to our back door this afternoon. So the Clan, lucky enough to have a two story row house heaved and howed and hauled almost everything damagable upstairs. Can I get a hearty, "This Sucks!" Aww come on. Okay, could be worse. Looking forward to some mass shrimp mongering later tonight at RedGiantSeaInsect, but not sure if we can hang with the fair tomorrow if the water keeps rising.

So Tammy did a whammy on your back yard? :-)
At least it's rain water and not sewage...ewww....
Remeber, computers are not water proof....but garb is!
Here's hoping the water doesn't rise were you are anymore, but does rise more here (it's fun watching the old people get confused at the bottom of the hill and wondering if it's really safe to go through that puddle...)

GREAT seeing you and the rest of Clan Ravenwolves this evening ... I hope that the waters recede and you can come play with us tomorrow. G'nite

Wow. that really stinks about the water! Did any water actually come into your house? I'd be raising a BIG stink with that construction company for alterating the water flow. Hope everything turns out okay.

The Whitehart for the first time through the eyes of a young child: "I don't want to polar bear dance, I'm NOT a polar bear." -Captain Ravenwolves He was too cute!! For not being a polar bear, he sure had the dance down! But he needs to work on the face... the smile won't scare anybody!!

The Whitehart for the first time through the eyes of a young child: "I don't want to polar bear dance, I'm NOT a polar bear." -Captain Ravenwolves Too funny. Reminds me of the Puffy Shirt episode of Seinfeld. "But I don't wanna be a pirate"
