I hope I have not gotten in trouble for my appearance last year. I came up with the idea that my entire family would come as the french royal family. I made all our garb and had a great the day when we went. When people asked if I was Henry, I told them I was just another patron but was dress as Francis the 1st, King of France (mother's grandparents on both sides came from France, so we are honor to represent the French).
I hope some will be honest with me hear. If it is inappropraite for to dress as a king I would like to know so I don't make antoher appearance.

If it is inappropraite for to dress as a king I would like to know so I don't make antoher appearance. In any given MDRF season I see several Henry VIIIs (some complete with their own guards), Robin Hoods, and King Arthurs. . . I wouldn't worry about it mate. Have a good time is about the only requirement that MDRF asks. You'll also be surprised at how the street cast will play along with you, so don't be surprised if they point you out. . . just go with it!

In most cases (exceptions can be extremely revealing outfits) it is not what you wear but what you do or how you act what will get you in trouble. If you put on a show (bring and start a jugling act, or you have a bow and you let kids try it, etc) and/or give things out to patrons, those are BIG No-No's.
