THE SEVEN AGES OF MIME created and performed by MARK JASTER with Sabrina Mandell "He is a clown extraordinaire and one of the most graceful performers you will ever see on a stage." - The Washington Post Come see us rescue the reputation of mime, a great art made unpopular by street performers whose fall from favor has been exploited in television and movies. Mime is more than a man in white-face, trapped in an imaginary box! In The Seven Ages of Mime, we challenge the perceived stereotypes in a series of family-friendly fun-filled sketches, from a Greco-Roman pantomime through a post-modern clown sketch, plying the craft in a panoramic spectrum of materials and styles, including the Italian Renaissance Commedia and the silent film. January 11 - 28, 2007 Performances are Thursday, January 11 at 8pm Fridays at 8pm Saturdays at 3pm and 8pm Sundays at 1pm and 4pm @ Round House Silver Spring 8641 Colesville Road Silver Spring, MD 20910 Tickets are $25-$35, with $15 tickets for patrons age 25 and under, and may be purchased at the Round House Theatre box office 240.644.1100 or online at www.roundhousetheatre.orgPresented as part of the Round House Theater New Works Series
