If you want the perfect dress, there's no one else in the ren-garb industry to make it than Stimpzilla. Based out of South Beach, Florida, she's made a name for herself as being THE expert in dressing "above your station." She does a lot of work for SCA folks and castmembers all over the U.S. Her work is very strict to authenticism and of the highest quality. If you head over to www.stimpzillasumptuarylaw.com/ you'll see the work and actually the site touts my lady's (NoirCyn) wedding dress. Stimpzilla (LisaJane) will be visiting MDRF this weekend as the guest of myself and NoirCyn. She'll be at faire both days with plenty of information about what she does and how you can get your hands on the very best garb workmanship in the country. She even has a dress blog at: stimpzillasumptuarylaw.com/blog/blog/blog/blogger.htmlSo if you see this beautiful lady walking with NoirCyn this weekend (Black Fox has many pyratical duties for the shire and may not be in escort), please say hi and give her a big Revel Grove welcome!

Should this type of advert be in the "Garb for Sale" catagory and not in the discussion? I know you are the boss of this board, but my thinking of making this thread was to help people make their own garb using protraits of the tudor era. hmm...that sounds more callous than it really should....oh well. If you'd like to get into a discussion as to what is not period behind all the different designers (big like her and small like me) , i'd be happy to help out! But I think that would need another thread too.... <-- and where is the give me cider sign? or, in my case, honey sticks? :-)

Hi! We've had very good luck with The Inner Bailey. The people there are good to work with, we've found the prices to be reasonable (hey, all garb seems to be pricey, right?), and they give pretty quick turn time. Here's their link... www.theinnerbailey.com/main.htmGood luck!
